Vireyas can bloom about any time of year. It's a hybrid that was bred by Jim Gerdemann in Yachats, Oregon. It's called &#147Tropic Alpine Gold&#148. The plant is just a rooted cutting and is blooming in a 4 inch pot. It's very cute. Mr. Gerdemann bred it for hardiness, which is generally lacking in Vireyas.
